I liked staff and location, as well as every other detail. Plenty of supplies in the room: a fridge, an iron and a flat-screen TV with cable channels.

Phenomenal staff, unique rooms, gorgeous breakfast provided. I got free upgrade and enjoyed it. They made my stay best! Set walking distance to restaurants and bars, it was a plus. Great value for money, taking into account other Queenstown's options.

Lots of different restaurants and cafes to eat outside the hotel. The property was situated near the Copthorne Hotel bus stop, just 15 minutes walking distance;))
